The internship fields, type, duration, and content applicable to each department's students,
as well as any internship prerequisites, are determined by the Departmental Supplementary
Internship Guidelines, which come into force upon the recommendation of the Departmental
Internship Committee and the approval of the Faculty Board.
After each internship, the student prepares an internship report describing the work carried
out during the internship. The report must be prepared in a daily page format using the cover
and template pages downloaded from the Portal, and must be approved by the company.
After the upload procedures to the Portal are completed, the internship report and related
documents must also be uploaded to the assignment section of the relevant internship class
open on Ninova. Students in the graduation stage must complete their submissions on time,
taking into account the internship final entry dates specified in the academic calendar.
The key documents used during the internship process are listed below. The ITU Portal and
relevant internship pages should be followed regularly for up-to-date documents and forms.
